• Booking Policy:

Egyptian Pound per adult Trip booking deposit 22,000

Payment: Complete the remaining balance before 15 days prior to travel date. Note:

If the full trip cost is paid during booking, no additional charge will be applied to the client due to any increase in the dollar price.

If only the booking deposit is paid, the client will bear any increase in the dollar price.

If the client sends proof of payment for the first installment without sending the booking policy and cancellation policy signed after reviewing and agreeing to it, the booking and cancellation policy will automatically apply as if it had already been signed.

• Cancellation Policy:

• Important Notes:

1. Allowed weight per person: Each bag 23 kilograms + handbag 7 kilograms
2. When issuing airline tickets, whether group tickets or individual tickets, the client is responsible for any increase in the ticket price.
3. In case of fuel price increase, taxes imposed or ticket price increase after issuance, the client will bear any increase in the trip cost.
   1. If the client pays the full trip cost, no additional charges will be applied.
   2. If the client pays only part of the trip cost, any increase will be applied.
   3. In case of ticket cancellation and the airline’s approval to refund the ticket value, specified penalties according to each airline’s cancellation policy will be deducted.
4. Due to fluctuations in the dollar exchange rates, any increase in the trip cost due to a rise in the dollar exchange rate will be borne by the client. The booking agency is also responsible for any delays caused by the airline. Upon refunding the monetary value of the ticket to the customer, the specified penalties according to each airline’s cancellation policy will be deducted.
5. Changes or cancellations of airline flights due to weather conditions or other circumstances will be resolved by the airline according to its policy.
6. If the flight is sold to another customer at the same, higher, or lower price, it will depend on market conditions and the flight status, whether before the flight or up to a day, week, or month before.
7. After the flight, the customer cannot cancel or demand a refund for the program’s value
8. .The airline company will handle the problem according to its policy, as it is fully responsible for the reserved flight ticket.
9. The age of conscription requires males to fulfill military service obligations.
10. Requests for additional hotel services such as adjacent rooms, connecting rooms, smoking rooms, etc., will depend on hotel availability at the time of request.
    • For children and smokers’ rooms, availability will depend on the hotel’s policies.
    • Any additional services requested by the customer will be provided by the hotel, subject to availability, but the customer’s request will assist in facilitating this.
11. Customers have the right to transfer to another trip once only before the travel date, with notification at least 15 days in advance. After the transfer, the cancellation and booking policy of the new trip will apply automatically.
