Day 1:Arrival in São Paulo
Arrival:
- Arrival in São Paulo at 10:00 PM on a Royal Air Maroc flight.
- Meet and greet at the airport by the local representative, followed by transfer to a nearby hotel for rest after the long flight.
Day 2: Rio de Janeiro – The Adventure Begins
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast and check-out from the hotel in São Paulo, take a domestic flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to a 4-star hotel located in a safe, clean area, just 5 minutes from Copacabana Beach.
- checking into your room, enjoy some free time to rest or take a light walk along the beachfront promenade to start soaking in the unique vibe of Rio.
- Get ready for a true Brazilian Carnival experience! Witness a live Samba show at one of Rio’s most famous samba schools, such as Salgueiro or Mangueira. The night is packed with energy, music, vibrant costumes, and powerful performances that'll make you feel like you're right in the heart of the carnival!
Day 3: Christ the Redeemer & Selarón Steps Tour
Morning & Afternoon:
- In the morning, we’ll set out on a tour to visit one of Brazil’s — and the world’s — most iconic landmarks: Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
- We’ll take the scenic cog train that winds its way through the lush Tijuca Forest, filled with vibrant greenery, all the way to the top — where a breathtaking panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro awaits.
- After that, we’ll visit the colorful Selarón Steps in the vibrant Lapa neighborhood — known for their vivid tiles and unique design, making them one of the most iconic photo spots in Rio.
Day 4: Sugarloaf Mountain & Relaxing on Rio’s Beaches
Morning at Sugarloaf Mountain
- In the morning, we’ll enjoy a scenic cable car ride to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain — offering one of the most breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro, its beaches, and the bay nestled between the mountains.
- In the afternoon, enjoy free time to relax on the beaches of Copacabana or Ipanema — whether you choose to swim, take a walk along the shore, or simply sit under an umbrella and soak in the vibrant Brazilian atmosphere.
Day 5: Adventure in Tijuca Forest

- We embark on an exciting 4x4 adventure through Tijuca National Park — one of the largest urban rainforests in the world. Driving through dense jungle trails, we visit the stunning Vista Chinesa Viewpoint, one of Rio’s most scenic lookouts, and enjoy breathtaking views of waterfalls and lush landscapes surrounded by peaceful greenery.
- The evening is free for relaxation — take a leisurely walk along the Copacabana or Ipanema promenade, or unwind at a seaside café while soaking in the vibrant night atmosphere of Rio.
Day 6: Pedra do Telégrafo Adventure
Morning & Afternoon:
- Start your day with a guided morning hike to one of the most iconic photo spots in the world: Pedra do Telégrafo. Famous on Instagram for its "hanging off the cliff" illusion, the rock is actually very safe — the secret lies in the camera angle!
- The trail is a short hike through the forest, leading you to a breathtaking panoramic view over Barra de Guaratiba beaches and the vast Tijuca Forest. It’s a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and unforgettable photos.
- Enjoy a refined lunch at Aprazível, an upscale restaurant nestled in the charming Santa Teresa neighborhood. With its panoramic views over Rio, lush garden setting, and relaxed bohemian atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and savor authentic Brazilian cuisine with a gourmet twist.
- The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace — head back to the beach for some sun and sea, or relax with a coffee in Ipanema, soaking in the breezy atmosphere and smooth rhythms of Brazilian music all around you.
Day 7: Adrenaline Day
A full day for adrenaline lovers!
- Optional activities: Skydiving Paragliding Hang Gliding — all offering breathtaking views over Rio’s beaches and mountains
- Spend the day relaxing at Leblon or Ipanema Beach, soaking up the sun and laid-back local vibes.
- CT Boucherie – a French-Brazilian steakhouse with top-tier cuts and endless sides Oro – a Michelin-starred culinary experience in the heart of Leblon
Day 8: Full-Day Trip to Búzios
Morning :
- The trip begins with pickup from the hotel in Rio de Janeiro, followed by a land transfer to Angra dos Reis (approximately 140 km / around 2.5 hours), arriving at Conceição de Jacareí.
- Upon arrival, there is a short walk to the Conceição pier, where you will board the boat.
- The trip includes a 4-hour boat tour, with time to enjoy the scenic views, swim, and relax.
- Lagoa Azul – approx. 50 minutes
- Freguesia de Santana Beach – approx. 30 minutes
- Praia da Piedade (Palia) – approx. 30 minutes
- Japariz Beach – 1-hour stop for lunch
- Lunch is served at a beachside restaurant on Japariz Beach (buffet style; drinks not included).
- After the tour, return to Conceição de Jacareí pier, walk back to the bus, and head back to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
- Swimming stops: Lagoa Azul – Freguesia de Santana – Praia da Piedade – Japariz Beach

Visa Requirements:
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, with a minimum balance of 120,000 EGP, stamped on each page by the bank.
- HR Letter or Commercial Register and Tax Card, all translated into English.
- Payment of USD 80 at CIB Bank to the Brazilian Embassy account as embassy fees. Please send me the payment receipt so I can include it with the rest of the documents.
- Two recent personal photos (4×6 cm) with a white background, teeth not visible.
Note:
- The embassy appointment is booked only after submitting all required documents and paying the USD 80 fee. After that, we send the documents to the embassy for review in order to determine the interview date.
- Three to four days before the interview, the applicant must obtain a new bank statement, showing a minimum balance of 120,000 EGP for the last 6 months, stamped on each page by the bank.
- On the appointment day, the applicant must bring all previously submitted documents, in addition to both the old and the new bank statements, and will be required to give fingerprints at the embassy after submitting the documents.
- In case of cancellation after the documents have been submitted and sent, the amount paid is non-refundable, as the visa process will have already started.
- Visa processing at the embassy takes approximately two weeks.

Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + airline penalty (as determined by the airline system according to the conditions of each ticket, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 29 to 20 days before the travel date: EGP 7,000 administrative fee, in addition to the first clause.
- From 14 to 3 days before the travel date: EGP 12,900 administrative fee, in addition to the first clause.
- From 48 hours before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable).
