Program Details
Departure Day
Departure :
- Arrival at Hanoi International Airport.
- Complete passport control, collect your luggage, exchange currency, and purchase a local SIM card.
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel, check-in, and rest after the journey.
- Evening: Light walking tour in the Old Quarter, free time for dinner, then rest for the next day.
Day 2: Travel to Sapa and visit Cat Cat Village
- We’ll wake up early and check out from the hotel in Hanoi. We’ll leave the large suitcases at the Hanoi hotel, and each person will take a small bag enough for three days in Sapa, since the vehicles there are narrow.
- Transfer from the hotel to the bus station.The bus departs around 6:45 AM, and the journey takes approximately 6 to 7 hours. Expected arrival in Sapa is around 1:00 PM.
- After arrival, we’ll begin our tour of Cat Cat Village, one of the oldest villages of the Hmong ethnic minority.
- "Embark on a charming journey through breathtaking nature — with cascading waterfalls and lush terraced rice fields — and discover the simple rural life of the local Hmong people in Cat Cat Village. A unique cultural experience you’ll never forget!"
- Return to the hotel in Sapa to relax, or enjoy some free time exploring the town at your own pace — depending on your schedule.
Day 3: Moana Sapa & Mount Fansipan
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast, we’ll head to Mount Fansipan, the highest peak in all of Indochina.
- Take the cable car ride surrounded by breathtaking scenery all the way to the summit. Explore the mountaintop temples and statues, and soak in the refreshing air and panoramic views that stretch over the clouds and majestic mountains below.
- After descending, we’ll visit Moana Sapa — a stunning photo spot with beautiful views overlooking the Sapa mountains.
- Return to the hotel for some rest, followed by free time to enjoy Sapa at your own pace.
Day 4: Return to Hanoi
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast and check-out from the hotel.
- A short free time in Sapa before departure.
- Board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi.
- Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi, check in, and rest.
Day 5: Visit to Ninh Binh
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart south to Ninh Binh.
- It’s recommended to leave large luggage in Hanoi and just take a small bag with essentials for 3 nights. We’ll spend one night in Ninh Binh, then continue to Ha Long Bay for another overnight stay on the cruise. After that, we’ll return to Hanoi.
- First stop: Mua Cave. We’ll climb the stairs all the way to the top to enjoy one of the most stunning panoramic views over the rice fields and rivers of Ninh Binh.
- After the tour, we’ll head to a local restaurant for lunch.
- Visit Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy a peaceful boat ride through majestic mountains and natural caves.
- After finishing the day’s activities, we’ll head to the hotel in Tam Coc for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Halong Bay
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast and hotel check-out.
- Head to Halong Bay port — the drive takes about 3.5 hours. Arrival at 12:00 PM and boarding the cruise — check-in to your cabins.
- Lunch on board the cruise.
- Afternoon tour among the islands and caves with various activities according to the cruise program.
Day 7: Return from Ha Long to Hanoi.
Morning & Afternoon:
- Morning Tai Chi session on the deck, followed by breakfast.
- Visit a local cave by bamboo boat.
- Return to the cruise, pack your bags, and have lunch before heading back to the port.
- Departure by bus to return to Hanoi.
Day 8: Free day in Hanoi for shopping.
Morning & Afternoon:
- Free day in Hanoi — you can go shopping, explore the Old Quarter, or enjoy any activity that suits you.
- Getting ready for travel the next day.
Day 9: End of the trip and return home with beautiful memories.
Morning & Afternoon:
- Morning check-out from the hotel.
- Transfer to the airport for the return journey.
- Any delay beyond the scheduled departure time will be the responsibility of the traveler.

- You can join our trip from anywhere in the world, as long as you consider the group's arrival and departure times. In case of arrival or departure on different times than the group, we can arrange a private car for transfer to/from airport at any time with extra cost.

Reservation Policy:
- To confirm the trip reservation, 50% of the total trip cost must be paid in addition to the airfare (calculated based on the ticket pricing in the system at the time of booking) and the visa cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 29 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 4,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 14 to 9 days before the travel date: EGP 7,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 8 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable) + visa cost.
