Program Details
Day 1: Arrival in Edinburgh
Arrival & Afternoon:
- Arrival at Edinburgh Airport around noon, with meet & assist by the tour leader
- Private transfer to the hotel, check in, and room allocation
- Short rest at the hotel, followed by an introductory city tour to discover Edinburgh’s highlights
Day 2:Edinburgh City Tour
Morning & Afternoon:
- Join the famous Harry Potter Walking Tour in Edinburgh, visiting iconic spots such as The Balmoral Hotel, The Elephant House, Victoria Street, Greyfriars Kirkyard, and George Heriot’s School
- Walk along the historic Royal Mile and visit St Giles’ Cathedral, Mary King’s Close, and the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade
- Free time for shopping and exploring the city at your own pace
Day 3 : Legends of Scotland
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the hotel in Edinburgh and head to Falkirk to visit the iconic The Kelpies and the impressive engineering marvel Falkirk Wheel
- Visit the historic Stirling Castle and enjoy panoramic views of the city from the castle walls and courtyard
- Free time in Stirling to explore at your own pace
- Continue to Pitlochry, hotel check in and room allocation
Day 4: Scottish Highlands Experience
Morning & Afternoon:
- Scenic journey to Glenfinnan to witness the famous Hogwarts Express crossing the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct, one of the most photographed landmarks in Scotland
- Visit the charming village of Fort Augustus and explore its unique canal system connecting the Scottish Highlands
- Stop at legendary Loch Ness, home of the world famous mystery of the Loch Ness Monster, surrounded by breathtaking Highland scenery
Day 5: The Magic of the Scottish Highlands
Morning & Afternoon:
- • Enjoy a unique Highland experience with a light hiking adventure through the mountains to meet reindeer in their natural habitat, with the chance to feed them and take unforgettable photos
- • Visit one of the most beautiful lochs in the Scottish Highlands, Loch an Eilein, and enjoy a peaceful walk around the lake surrounded by breathtaking scenery
Day 6: Departure
Morning & Afternoon:
- • Morning check out from the hotel in Pitlochry with free time to enjoy the town
- • Afternoon transfer to Edinburgh Airport
- • Evening departure flight and return home

- The company will arrange the visa appointment at TLScontact. Appointment confirmation is usually received within 1–2 weeks after trip booking confirmation
- Visa fees must be paid together with the trip booking deposit
- The company will prepare flight bookings, hotel reservations, and the visa application, while the client is required to provide the following documents:
- Completed visa application form with detailed personal information
- Bank statement for the last 6 months in English, plus savings certificates or deposits if available
- Employment letter (HR Letter) in English stating job title, salary, approval of travel during trip dates, and insurance number if available
- Commercial register and tax card for business owners
- International travel insurance sticker attached to the passport

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 25% of the total trip cost + visa cost.
- To reserve a spot for a child: full airfare + 25% of the total trip cost + visa cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued).
- From 29 to 20 days before the travel date: EGP 8,900 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clause.
- From 19 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 10,200 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clauses.
- From 14 to 4 days before the travel date: EGP 27,700 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the first clause.
- From 3 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable).
