Day 1:Arrival in Trabzon
Arrival:
- Arrival at Trabzon Airport.
- Meet and assist, then transfer to the hotel.
- Check in to the rooms and relax after the journey.
- Free time for an optional evening tour depending on the arrival time
Day 2 – Zigana and Hamsikoy
Morning:
- Head to the Zigana Mountains
- Enjoy the natural beauty and the mountain views.
- Free time for taking photos.
- Visit Hamsikoy Village.
- Try the famous Turkish rice pudding.
- Return to the hotel for relaxation.
Day 3: Ayder and Rize
Morning:
- BreakfasVisit one of the beautiful waterfalls on the way.t at the hotel
- Head to the Ayder Plateau.
- Enjoy the mountain atmosphere and the green nature.
- Have lunch on the way back.
- Return to the hotel.
Day 4:Uzungol and the Tea Factory
Morning:
- Head to the charming Uzungol Lake
- Free time to walk around the lake.
- Enjoy taking photos, as well as the cafés and the beautiful natural views
- Visit the tea factory and Black Sea local products.
- Return to Trabzon for relaxation.
Day 5: From Trabzon to Istanbul
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the rooms in Trabzon
- Head to the domestic airport
- Travel to Istanbul
- Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
- Check in to the rooms and relax
- Free time for an optional evening tour, depending on the available time.
Day 6: Olivium Outlet Mall and Sultanahmet
Morning & Afternoon:
- Head to Olivium Outlet Mall for shopping.
- Free time to buy products and Turkish souvenirs.
- Visit the historic Sultanahmet area.
- See Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the surrounding squares.
- Free time for photos and walking around.
- Return to the hotel in the evening.
Day 7: Sapanca and Masukiye
Morning:
- Stop at a factory for traditional sweets and natural Turkish delight with honey
- Visit Masukiye and Kartepe Mountain
- Visit the activity area
- Opportunity to try the beach buggy or the giant swing, depending on your preference
- Opportunity to try the cable car for an additional fee of approximately 25 USD
- Have lunch on the way back to the hotel
Day 8: Ortakoy and Eyup Sultan
Morning:
- Visit the Ortakoy area and enjoy the view of the Bosphorus
- Free time for taking photos and walking around
- Opportunity to enjoy a one-hour Bosphorus cruise for an additional fee of approximately 10 USD.
- Visit the Eyup Sultan area.
- Tour around the local bazaar until 7:00 PM
- Return to the hotel to prepare for departure.
Day 9: Return Home

- Step 1: Go to VOYA Visa Office
- Locations:
- Cairo Address: 21 Mohamed El-Ghazaly Street – off Mostafa El-Nahhas Street – Nasr City (next to Hardee’s – El-Deqi).
- Alexandria Address: 88 Fouad Street – Bab Sharq – Alexandria.
- Step 2: Required Documents for Visa Application
- Recent bank statement (movement for the last 6 months) with a closing balance of at least 50,000 EGP.
- Two recent personal photos (white background – size 4x6).
- Employment letter from the applicant’s workplace, written in English, stamped, and showing job title and salary.
- Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and ID card copy.
- For business owners, a copy of the commercial register and tax card is required instead of an employment letter.
- Travel insurance covering the entire stay period and return date.
- All documents are submitted to the VOYA Visa Office.
- The visa processing time is approximately 10 working days after submission.
Visa Costs & Notes:
- Visa fee: 208 USD (including application and service fees).
- Payment is made directly at the VOYA office in cash upon submitting the documents.
- Visa validity: The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and allows a stay of up to 45 days.
- Travel insurance fee: 37 USD per person (paid at the office).
- Age requirement:
- Accepted for travelers between 12 and 40 years old.
- Applicants under 12 or over 40 must pay a non-refundable 250 EGP file opening fee.
- The visa is non-refundable in case of rejection, except for minors under 12 years or seniors over 40 years.
