Day 1: Milan
Arrival:
- Departure from Cairo on an EgyptAir flight to Milan. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the company representative, then transferred to the hotel for check-in
- In the evening, depart for a half-day sightseeing tour to explore the main attractions of Milan, Italy’s capital of fashion and elegance.
- Overnight in Milan.
Day 2: Lake Como & Lugano
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a full-day trip to Lake Como in Italy, then continue to the charming Lake Lugano, a glacial lake located on the border between southern Switzerland and northern Italy
- After the tour, return to the hotel.
- Overnight in Milan.
Day 3: Free Time in Milan and New Year’s Eve Celebrations
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Free day in Milan, with the option to join a trip to Serravalle Outlet for 60 euros per person.
- In the evening, return to Milan and enjoy free time to experience the New Year’s Eve celebrations
- Overnight in Milan.
Day 4: Visit to Venice.

Visa Requirements
Required Documents for Application:
- 2 personal photos sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm (No glasses, white background, clear facial features, and closed mouth).
- Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity.
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, issued 2–3 days before the embassy appointment.
- Employment certificate addressed to the embassy, in English, containing: Full name (as in passport), job title, start date of employment, salary, and vacation period.
- If employed: to be issued a week or less before the appointment.
- If retired: pension proof.
- If self-employed: commercial registration & tax card.
- If student: enrollment certificate.
- Movement certificate (travel history) in case of first-time Schengen visa application or last Schengen visa being more than 5 years ago.
- Family or individual record (civil registry).
- Children’s birth certificates.
- Parental consent form if the traveler is under 18 and not accompanied by one or both parents.
- Travel insurance (Aman sticker must be placed on the passport from the nearest Aman branch or passport complex in Abbasiya).
- All documents in Arabic must be translated into English by accredited translation offices for the embassy.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 50% of the total trip cost.
- To reserve a spot for a child: full airfare + 50% of the total trip cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of visa rejection: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From 29 to 21 days before the travel date: USD 100 + EGP 600 administrative fee + a partial penalty from the trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 20 to 15 days before the travel date: USD 350 + EGP 600 administrative fee + all confirmed bookings will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 14 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip amount will be charged (non-refundable).
