Program Details
Day 1:Arrival in Trabzon
Arrival:
- Arrival at Trabzon Airport.
- Meet and assist, then transfer to the hotel.
- Check in to the rooms and relax after the journey.
- Free time for an optional evening tour depending on the arrival time
Day 2 – Visit to the Famous Uzungöl Lake
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Our tour begins at 9:00 AM.
- Visit the famous Uzungöl Lake, known for its natural beauty. Enjoy time surrounded by stunning scenery and clear waters, then head to the glass viewpoint for a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding area. On the way, stop to visit a Turkish delight factory.
- Return to the hotel to relax and enjoy a free evening.
Day 3: Zigana Mountains and Hamsiköy Village
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Begin the tour with a visit to the beautiful Zigana Mountains, ascend to the highest point, and enjoy taking photos from the terrace. Then visit Hamsiköy Village and taste its famous rice pudding.
- Return to the hotel.
Day 4:Stay in Ayder Cabins
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out from the hotel in Trabzon, then head to the waterfalls.
- Continue to Ayder Plateau.
- Check in at the cabins overlooking the Ayder River.
Day 5:Transfer to Istanbul
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the cabin, followed by check-out and transfer to Istanbul for hotel check-in.
- Free time to explore the area around the hotel.
- Enjoy some free time for shopping.
Day 6: Historical Tour in Istanbul
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by the start of our historical tour in Istanbul.
- Visit the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, also known as the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia.
- Then visit Topkapi Palace, one of the most prominent landmarks of the Ottoman era, at an additional cost.
- Afterwards, head to the famous Cevahir Mall for shopping and enjoy the surrounding area.
Day 7: Visit to Sapanca Lake
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Sapanca.
- Visit Sapanca Lake and enjoy free time for photography.
- Visit the glass terrace.
- On the way back, stop at Viaport Mall for shopping until 8:00 PM, then return to the hotel.
Day 8: Visit to Ortaköy and the Bosphorus
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit Ortaköy, located along the waterfront, and take photos by the Bosphorus Bridge.
- Optional Bosphorus cruise.
- Visit a factory and showroom specializing in traditional Turkish sweets.
- Head to Taksim Square, visit Galata Tower, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Return Home
- Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Transfer to the airport according to the flight schedule.
- Return home safely with the best memories

Visa Requirements:
- Step 1: Go to VOYA Visa Office
- Locations:
- Cairo Address: 21 Mohamed El-Ghazaly Street – off Mostafa El-Nahhas Street – Nasr City (next to Hardee’s – El-Deqi).
- Alexandria Address: 88 Fouad Street – Bab Sharq – Alexandria.
- Step 2: Required Documents for Visa Application
- Recent bank statement (movement for the last 6 months) with a closing balance of at least 50,000 EGP.
- Two recent personal photos (white background – size 4x6).
- Employment letter from the applicant’s workplace, written in English, stamped, and showing job title and salary.
- Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and ID card copy.
- For business owners, a copy of the commercial register and tax card is required instead of an employment letter.
- Travel insurance covering the entire stay period and return date.
- All documents are submitted to the VOYA Visa Office.
- The visa processing time is approximately 10 working days after submission.
Visa Costs & Notes:
- Visa fee: 208 USD (including application and service fees).
- Payment is made directly at the VOYA office in cash upon submitting the documents.
- Visa validity: The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and allows a stay of up to 45 days.
- Travel insurance fee: 37 USD per person (paid at the office).
- Age requirement:
- Accepted for travelers between 12 and 40 years old.
- Applicants under 12 or over 40 must pay a non-refundable 250 EGP file opening fee.
- The visa is non-refundable in case of rejection, except for minors under 12 years or seniors over 40 years.
