Visa Requirements:

Step 1: Go to VOYA Visa Office
Locations:
Cairo Address: 21 Mohamed El-Ghazaly Street – off Mostafa El-Nahhas Street – Nasr City (next to Hardee’s – El-Deqi).
Alexandria Address: 88 Fouad Street – Bab Sharq – Alexandria.
Step 2: Required Documents for Visa Application
Recent bank statement (movement for the last 6 months) with a closing balance of at least 50,000 EGP.
Two recent personal photos (white background – size 4x6).
Employment letter from the applicant’s workplace, written in English, stamped, and showing job title and salary.
Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and ID card copy.
For business owners, a copy of the commercial register and tax card is required instead of an employment letter.
Travel insurance covering the entire stay period and return date.
All documents are submitted to the VOYA Visa Office.
The visa processing time is approximately 10 working days after submission.

Visa Costs & Notes:

Visa fee: 208 USD (including application and service fees).
Payment is made directly at the VOYA office in cash upon submitting the documents.
Visa validity: The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and allows a stay of up to 45 days.
Travel insurance fee: 37 USD per person (paid at the office).
Age requirement:
Accepted for travelers between 12 and 40 years old.
Applicants under 12 or over 40 must pay a non-refundable 250 EGP file opening fee.
The visa is non-refundable in case of rejection, except for minors under 12 years or seniors over 40 years.
