Departure Day
الوصول:
- Meet at Cairo International Airport at 10:30 AM. Departure at 14:00 from Cairo Airport, arriving at Chengdu Airport at 05:20 AM. 9-hour transit, then departure from Chengdu at 14:30. Flight duration is 2.5 hours.
Day 1: Arrival to Hanoi

- Arrival at Hanoi Capital Airport at 15:50 PM Vietnam time. Complete passport procedures, collect luggage, exchange currency, and buy SIM cards. Then, head from the airport to the hotel in downtown Hanoi to drop off luggage and take a walking tour until it's time to check into the rooms.
Afternoon & Evening :
- After checking into the rooms, prepare a small bag with clothes for 3 days, as this will be the only chance to pack it for the upcoming period.
- In the evening, take a walking tour in the Old Quarter, visit the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, and get suggestions for dinner spots. Then, rest to prepare for a long day tomorrow.
Day 2: Exploring Ninh Binh

- We will wake up very early, have breakfast at 7:00 AM, and leave the hotel at 8:00 AM to head south to Ninh Binh, passing by the Bai Dinh Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Vietnam. After that, we will stop for lunch and continue our journey to Ninh Binh, a UNESCO World Heritage site. There, we will take a boat ride on the river through the mountains and visit some caves by boat.
- we will return to Hanoi. The trip takes about 4 hours one way and 4 hours back, plus the boat trip, which lasts around 3.5 hours. Bai Dinh Pagoda – Ninh Binh – Trang An.
- We will return to Hanoi between 8:00 and 8:30 PM.
Day 3: Fansipan Mountain

- We will check out from the Hanoi hotel at 6:00 AM and leave our large luggage at the hotel. Each person is allowed to take only one small bag that will be sufficient for 3 days in Sapa. Sapa is the only city where we will need jackets and warmer clothes. Large luggage is not allowed because there is no space in the vehicles we will be traveling in.
- We will take the van from the hotel to the location where we will board the sleeper bus that will take us to Sapa. The sleeper bus departs at 6:45 AM, and the journey takes about 6 to 7 hours. The expected arrival time is 1:00 PM. Once we get off the bus, we will take a van to go to the cable car station.
- We will then take the cable car to the highest peak in Vietnam, Fansipan Mountain. The ticket includes both the ascent and descent by cable car
- After descending from the cable car, we will take the van to the hotel to check in and get our rooms. Rest and prepare for a long day tomorrow.
Day 4: Heaven Gate Mountain

- We will wake up early, have breakfast, and take the van at 9:00 AM to head to Silver Waterfall and Heaven Gate Mountain. After that, we will go on a hike through nature, mountains, and trees, reaching Love Waterfall.
Note:
- The hike to the final waterfall is long and a bit tiring, requiring some effort. It is recommended to wear hiking boots on this day
Day 5: Exploring Cat Cat Village

- We will wake up early, have breakfast, check out, and collect our rooms. We will leave by van at 9:00 AM to visit Cat Cat Village. Make sure to charge your cameras, phones, and power banks overnight to avoid regret. After finishing our tour there, which involves a lot of walking, we will take the van to the bus that will return us to Hanoi. The bus will depart at 2:00 PM, and we will arrive in Hanoi around 9:00 PM.
- We will head to the hotel, check in, take out our belongings from the small bag, and pack other clothes for the next 3-day adventure, which will require swimsuits and only one jacket for the evening
Day 6: Cat Ba Island

- We will wake up early, check out at 7:00 AM, and leave our large luggage at the hotel. Each person will take only one small bag that will be enough for 3 days. Large bags are not allowed because they won’t fit in the vehicle that will take us to the cruise, and large bags are also not allowed on the cruise.
- On this day, we will head to one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam: Halong Bay. Around 8:00 AM, we will take the van to the harbor, and the drive takes about 3.5 hours. Once we arrive, we will board a cruise for a 3-day journey among the islands, mountains, and caves, with one night spent on the cruise and another night on Cat Ba Island.
- The cruise will depart at 12:00 PM, and there will be an introduction to the boat, safety instructions, and room assignments.
- Lunch on the boat will be at 1:00 PM.
- The first sightseeing will start at 2:30 PM with a visit to Surprising Cave.
- At 3:30 PM, the boat will head to Titop Island, where we can either hike to the highest peak of the island or swim in the sea.
- At 5:00 PM, we will leave the island and have time to relax and enjoy the sunset.
- At 6:00 PM, the staff will teach us how to make Vietnamese-style Spring Rolls.
- Dinner will be at 7:00 PM, and after dinner, we will have time to either fish or enjoy a karaoke party.
Day 7: Exploring Cat Ba Island

- We will wake up early, with breakfast at 7:30 AM. At 8:30 AM, we have our first visit to Loan Cave on Bo Hon Island. We will reach the cave by kayak or bamboo boat.
- At 10:00 AM, we will check out from the cruise and hand over our rooms.
- At 11:00 AM, lunch will be on the boat.
- At 12:00 PM, we will arrive at the harbor, disembark from the cruise, and board the speedboat at 12:30 PM, which will take us to Cat Ba Island's harbor. After we disembark, we will take cars to the hotel.
- At 2:00 PM, we will drop off our luggage at the hotel and head directly to visit Cat Ba National Park.
- At 4:00 PM, we will visit Trung Trang Cave, and then return to the hotel to check in and get our rooms.
- Dinner will be at 7:00 PM at the hotel.
Day 8: Return to Hanoi

- Breakfast at 7:00 AM. Free time on Cat Ba Island.
- Lunch at 11:00 AM at the hotel.
- We will check out at 11:30 AM. The bus will depart at 12:00 PM to return to Hanoi.
- The expected arrival time in Hanoi is 4:30 PM. We will check in at the hotel, and the rest of the day will be for rest.
Day 9: Free Day

- Free day for shopping or strolling around Hanoi. You can also take an optional tour to visit the landmarks of Hanoi on the open-top bus, or do anything you like to relax after the busy days of travel and sightseeing. This is also a time to prepare for your return trip to Egypt.
Day 10: Return to Cairo.
Morning:
- Check-out from the hotel at 10:00 AM and departure to the airport at 1:00 PM to return to Cairo. The flight departs at 16:55 PM Vietnam time.
- Any delays in departure from the hotel or the airport will be the responsibility of the client. Arrival at Chengdu Airport at 19:55 PM. The flight duration is 2 hours and 20 minutes.
- The transit duration is 5 hours and 50 minutes. Departure from Chengdu at 01:45 AM, and arrival at Cairo Airport at 06:45 AM.

- Vietnam Visa: Online visa, the cost is $25 + 300 Egyptian Pounds.
- A valid passport for at least 6 months from the return date of the trip.
- A soft copy (scan) of a personal photo.
- A travel permit is required for young men of conscription age from the Recruitment and Mobilization Authority or online.
