Day 1:Arrival in São Paulo
Arrival:
- Arrival in São Paulo at 10:00 PM on a Royal Air Maroc flight.
- Meet and greet at the airport by the local representative, followed by transfer to a nearby hotel for rest after the long flight.
Day 2: Rio de Janeiro – The Adventure Begins
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast and check-out from the hotel in São Paulo, take a domestic flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to a 4-star hotel located in a safe, clean area, just 5 minutes from Copacabana Beach.
- checking into your room, enjoy some free time to rest or take a light walk along the beachfront promenade to start soaking in the unique vibe of Rio.
- Get ready for a true Brazilian Carnival experience! Witness a live Samba show at one of Rio’s most famous samba schools, such as Salgueiro or Mangueira. The night is packed with energy, music, vibrant costumes, and powerful performances that'll make you feel like you're right in the heart of the carnival!
Day 3: Christ the Redeemer & Selarón Steps Tour
Morning & Afternoon:
- In the morning, we’ll set out on a tour to visit one of Brazil’s — and the world’s — most iconic landmarks: Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
- We’ll take the scenic cog train that winds its way through the lush Tijuca Forest, filled with vibrant greenery, all the way to the top — where a breathtaking panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro awaits.
- After that, we’ll visit the colorful Selarón Steps in the vibrant Lapa neighborhood — known for their vivid tiles and unique design, making them one of the most iconic photo spots in Rio.
Day 4: Sugarloaf Mountain & Relaxing on Rio’s Beaches
Morning at Sugarloaf Mountain
- In the morning, we’ll enjoy a scenic cable car ride to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain — offering one of the most breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro, its beaches, and the bay nestled between the mountains.
- In the afternoon, enjoy free time to relax on the beaches of Copacabana or Ipanema — whether you choose to swim, take a walk along the shore, or simply sit under an umbrella and soak in the vibrant Brazilian atmosphere.
Day 5: Adventure in Tijuca Forest
4x4 Jungle Adventure in Tijuca Forest
- We embark on an exciting 4x4 adventure through Tijuca National Park — one of the largest urban rainforests in the world. Driving through dense jungle trails, we visit the stunning Vista Chinesa Viewpoint, one of Rio’s most scenic lookouts, and enjoy breathtaking views of waterfalls and lush landscapes surrounded by peaceful greenery.
- The evening is free for relaxation — take a leisurely walk along the Copacabana or Ipanema promenade, or unwind at a seaside café while soaking in the vibrant night atmosphere of Rio.
Day 6: Pedra do Telégrafo Adventure
Morning & Afternoon:
- Go on a hike to one of the most famous photo spots in the world, Pedra do Telégrafo, the iconic Instagram rock where people take pictures that look as if they are hanging in the air, while in reality it is very safe and the secret is all in the camera angle.
- The hike takes around 40 to 60 minutes uphill, about 1 to 1.5 hours in total including stops and photo time. The difficulty level is easy to moderate and does not require previous hiking experience. The trail is a dirt path through the Atlantic Forest, with some uneven sections and gentle slopes, and most of the route is shaded. It is suitable for most fitness levels, including beginners, but it is not recommended for those with serious knee or heart problems.
- After a short walk through the forest, once you reach the top, you will enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the beaches of Barra de Guaratiba and the vast Tijuca forests.
- The rest of the day is free. You can head back to the beach or enjoy a relaxing time at one of the cafés in Ipanema with Brazilian music and a refreshing atmosphere
Day 7: Free Day for Adventure Lovers
Open day for adventure lovers.
- Optional activities include skydiving, paragliding, or hang gliding over the beaches of Rio
- Or you can simply spend a relaxing day at Ipanema or Leblon Beach.
Day 8: Full-Day Shared Trip to Angra
Morning :
- The trip begins with pick-up from the hotel in Rio de Janeiro, followed by a road transfer to Angra dos Reis, km, around 2.5 hours, arriving at Conceição de Jacareí.
- Upon arrival, a short walk takes you to the Conceição Pier, where you will board the boat.
- The tour includes a boat trip of around 4 hours, with time to enjoy the natural scenery and stops for swimming and relaxation.
- Stop at Lagoa Azul for around 50 minutes
- Stop at Freguesia de Santana Beach for around 30 minutes.
- Stop at Baleia Beach for around 30 minutes
- Stop at Japariz Beach for lunch for around 1 hour.
- Lunch will be served at a restaurant on Japariz Beach, open buffet, drinks not included.
- After the tour, return to Conceição de Jacareí Pier, then walk back to the bus for the transfer to the hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
- Swimming stops include Lagoa Azul, Freguesia de Santana Beach, Baleia Beach, and Japariz Beach.
- Important note: The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
- Recommended clothing: light clothes, swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
- The boat accommodates up to 140 people and includes restrooms for men and women, life jackets, a bar for purchasing drinks and snacks, and snorkeling equipment rental service.

Day 9: Favela Tour and Shopping Time
Morning :
- Enjoy an organized tour with a local guide inside one of Rio’s most famous areas, for a rich cultural experience, followed by free time for shopping at Rio Sul Shopping Mall or Leblon Mall.
- You can also enjoy a walk along Avenida Atlântica Market or spend one last relaxing time by the sea.
Day 10: Transfer to São Paulo
- Breakfast and check out from the hotel.
- Free time until the evening, then take a domestic flight to São Paulo, arriving before midnight.
Day 11: Return to Cairo via Casablanca
- Flight at 12:30 AM to Casablanca. For those who have a Morocco visa, an optional 12-hour tour in Casablanca and Rabat is available, including shopping and authentic Moroccan food.
- After that, continue your flight to Cairo.

- Bank statement for the last 6 months, with a minimum balance of 120,000 EGP, stamped on each page by the bank.
- HR Letter or Commercial Register and Tax Card, all translated into English.
- Payment of USD 80 at CIB Bank to the Brazilian Embassy account as embassy fees. Please send me the payment receipt so I can include it with the rest of the documents.
- Two recent personal photos (4×6 cm) with a white background, teeth not visible.
Note:
- The embassy appointment is booked only after submitting all required documents and paying the USD 80 fee. After that, we send the documents to the embassy for review in order to determine the interview date.
- Three to four days before the interview, the applicant must obtain a new bank statement, showing a minimum balance of 120,000 EGP for the last 6 months, stamped on each page by the bank.
- On the appointment day, the applicant must bring all previously submitted documents, in addition to both the old and the new bank statements, and will be required to give fingerprints at the embassy after submitting the documents.
- In case of cancellation after the documents have been submitted and sent, the amount paid is non-refundable, as the visa process will have already started.
