Program Details
Day 1: Arrival in Rovaniemi Airport
Arrival:
- Arrival in Rovaniemi Airport
- Check-in at the Winter Suites in Rovaniemi, staying in Finnish cabins surrounded by nature.
- Head to the city center to collect the winter suits and snow boots that will be used throughout the trip in sub-zero temperatures.
- Enjoy free time for a walking tour in Rovaniemi city center.
Day 2: Visit to the Magical Santa Claus Village:
Morning & Afternoon:
- Drive to Santa Claus Village, located right on the Arctic Circle — the starting point of your Arctic adventure.
- Explore the village, take photos, and visit the Christmas House and main attractions.
- Cross the Arctic Circle and visit Santa’s Office.
- Meet Santa Claus for free (photos are optional with an extra fee).
- Send postcards from the official Santa Claus Post Office (optional).
- Optional skiing activity.
- In the evening, depart on a night tour by car to chase and watch the Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis (Aurora Hunting).
Day 3: Experience Two Authentic Lapland Traditions (Optional Activities):
Morning & Afternoon:
- Two of Rovaniemi’s most iconic activities — Husky and Reindeer sledding.
- Visit a husky farm and enjoy an exciting ride on a sled pulled by huskies. (Optional activity – €170)
- Visit a reindeer farm for a calmer, scenic ride on a sled pulled by reindeer, and receive a “Reindeer Driving License” as a souvenir. (Optional activity – €170)
- Enjoy an ice walk for a unique experience surrounded by stunning Arctic landscapes.
- End the day with a nighttime safari to chase and observe the Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis once again. (Aurora Hunting)
Day 4: Set out on a combined adventure of snowmobiling and ice fishing — a classic winter experience in Lapland (optional).
- Enjoy an exciting ride driving electric snowmobiles through snowy forests and across a frozen lake. (Optional activity – €170)
- Learn the peaceful art of ice fishing: how to drill a hole in the ice and catch fish from beneath it. (Optional activity – €120)
- Visit the Ranua Wildlife Park and discover rare Arctic animals.
- End the day with another nighttime safari to chase and observe the Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis. (Aurora Hunting)
Day 5:Check-out from the Finnish cabins and transfer to Rovaniemi Airport.

Visa Requirements
Visa Requirements:
- Two personal photos (size 3.5×4.5 cm) No glasses – white background – clear facial features – mouth closed
- A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before the return date.
- Bank statement for the last 6 months, issued 2–3 days before the appointment.
- Employment letter addressed to the embassy, stating:
- Full name in English exactly as in the passport
- Job title - Employment start date - Monthly salary - Approved vacation dates (For employees: issued one week or less before the appointment) (For retirees: a pension statement is required)
- Commercial register and tax card for business owners.
- Student enrollment certificate for students.
- Travel movement certificate (for first-time Schengen applicants or if the last Schengen visa was more than 5 years ago).
- Family or individual registration document.
- Birth certificates of children.
- Consent letter from the father or mother for minors (under 18) if one parent is not traveling.
- Travel insurance (an "Aman Insurance" sticker must be placed on the passport) – can be obtained from the nearest Aman branch or the Passport Authority in Abbasiya.
- Any documents in Arabic must be translated into English by embassy-approved translation offices.
Required Documents for Application:
- All required visa documents must be issued no later than 7 to 10 days before the appointment at the embassy.
- TLS service fees are paid at the company when booking the embassy appointment.
- The visa fee must be paid directly by the client at the embassy.

Important Notes on the Program, Accommodation, and Inclusions
- In case you do not wish to participate in the optional activities in Rovaniemi, they will be replaced with a free tour and free time to explore and shop in the city.
- The order of activities in the program may be changed depending on availability.
- Northern Lights night safari tours are carried out only when weather conditions are favorable.
- The last date to join the trip for Schengen visa holders is 20 December 2025.
- The last date to join the trip for non-Schengen visa holders is 15 November 2025, to allow enough time to book an appointment at the embassy and apply for the visa.
