Day 1: Arrival
Arrival:
- Arrival at Reykjavik Airport and meeting at the airport by the company supervisor.
- Arrival at the accommodation, check-in, and room assignment (for two nights).
Day 2: Golden Circle Reykjavik
Morning & Afternoon :
- Take the famous Golden Circle tour to visit Iceland's wonders:
- Gullfoss Falls
- Geysir Hot Springs
- Kerid Crater
- Öxarárfoss
- Thingvellir National Park
Day 3: Exploring Vik
Morning & Afternoon :
- Check-out in the morning and begin the journey south to Vik Visit some of the most famous natural landmarks along the way:
- Skógafoss
- Kvernufoss
- Eyjafjallajökull Viewpoint
- Dyrhólaey
- Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach
- Reynisfjara Beach
- Arrive in Vik, check-in at the hotel, and rest for a 2-night stay
Day 4: Ice Cave Tour
Morning & Afternoon :
- Enjoy an exciting optional activity – a 3-hour Ice Cave Tour, which includes a ride in a Super Jeep and a glacier hike. Cost: €180–€200 per person (depending on group size).
- Then, head east along Iceland’s scenic southern coast to visit its top natural landmarks:

- Evening: Return to Vik for overnight stay.
Day 5: Exploring Black Sand Beach

- Continue exploring the highlights of Iceland’s South Coast:

Day 6: Exploring Reykjavik
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the hotel and begin a city tour to explore Reykjavik’s top landmarks:

- Harpa Concert Hall
- Sun Voyager Sculpture
- Enjoy some free time for shopping.
- Optional Activity (extra cost): Visit the world-famous Blue Lagoon — Iceland’s iconic geothermal spa, perfect for relaxation before your flight. Cost: €95
- Evening: Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
Day 7: Return Day
Morning :
- The departure is at 1:15 AM in case of return on the proposed Austrian flight.

- Although Iceland is not part of the European Union, its borders are considered within the Schengen Area, and you can enter with a regular Schengen visa, whether it's used before or not.
- There is no Icelandic embassy in Cairo, but you can obtain a Schengen visa from any European embassy (e.g., Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Greece, France).
- A free Schengen visa file preparation service is offered, and an appointment will be booked at the nearest and most convenient embassy at the time of booking the trip.
- It is not required to travel first to the country that issued the visa; you can travel directly with Austrian Airlines to Iceland.

Reservation Policy:
- To confirm the trip reservation, 25% of the total trip cost must be paid in addition to the airfare. The airfare is determined based on the ticket pricing in the system at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of visa rejection: EGP 600 administrative fee + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued).
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 3,000 administrative fee + embassy appointment cost + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clause.
- From 29 to 4 days before the travel date: EGP 16,900 + hotel and booked services penalties + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clauses.
- From 96 hours before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip amount will be charged (non-refundable).
