Program Details
Day 1: Arrival to Tokyo
Arrival:
- Arrival in Tokyo, and transfer by private cars from the airport to the hotel to check-in. Afterwards, we will have a tour of the largest and most famous square in the world, SHIBUYA.
Day 2: Exploring Tokyo
Morning & Afternoon:
- We’ll begin the day with a visit to Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in all of Japan
- We'll ascend to the 350m and 450m observation decks to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of all of Tokyo.
- After that, we’ll visit one of the largest and oldest temples: Senso-ji Temple.
- Then, we’ll head to Akihabara, the district known for anime and video games.
- Optional: You may also visit the teamLab museum (with an extra charge).
Day 3: Mount Fuji
Morning & Afternoon:
- Discover the magic of Hakone with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji
- Ride the famous Ropeway and reach the top of the volcanic mountain for unforgettable panoramic views
- Taste the iconic black eggs, cooked naturally using volcanic steam
- Relax on a scenic lake cruise and enjoy stunning views of Hakone’s natural landmarks
- Head back to Tokyo and explore the vibrant Shinjuku district
- Take photos with the famous Godzilla Head and the eye catching 3D Cat display
Day 4: (Optional Activities)
Morning & Afternoon:
- A free day in Tokyo. You can visit Disneyland or DisneySea (optional) for an additional cost.
- You can also take an optional shopping tour to explore the markets and main areas of Tokyo.
Day 5: Travling to Osaka
Morning & Afternoon:
- Travel from Tokyo to Osaka by the famous bullet train in just two and a half hours
- Arrive in Osaka, transfer to the hotel, and check in
- Enjoy an evening tour in Dotonbori, exploring vibrant streets, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife
Day 6: Exploring Osaka
Morning & Afternoon:
- A guided tour of Osaka to explore its top attractions, including the iconic Osaka Castle.
- Then continue to Nara for a visit to Nara Park, where you’ll meet the friendly deer and see the Great Buddha — Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statue — at Todai-ji Temple.
- Enjoy a day trip to Nara, famous for its friendly deer roaming freely in their natural habitat
- Walk among hundreds of deer and experience one of Japan’s most unique cultural highlights
- Return to Osaka and explore its famous Japanese dining streets and local food spots
Day 7: Exploring Kyoto
Morning & Afternoon:
- Visit the beautiful city of Kyoto and walk through the magical Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, surrounded by towering bamboo trees
- Explore Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its thousands of iconic orange torii gates stretching up the mountain
- Stroll through the traditional Gion area, enjoy local shops and restaurants, and visit the historic Yasaka Pagoda before returning to Osaka at night
Day 8: Free Day
Morning & Afternoon:
- Free day You can choose to join an optional tour to the city of Kobe at an additional cost,
- or spend the day enjoying Universal Studios Japan for a fun-filled experience.
Day 9: Free day in Osaka
Morning :
- Free Day in Osaka: You may visit Kobe City and the Outlets Mall (at an additional cost), or continue shopping and exploring Osaka.
Day 10 :Return to the homeland.
Morning :
- Transfer to Osaka Airport by private vehicles and prepare for the return flight

Required Documents for Application:
- A passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel, along with a copy.
- 2 recent passport-sized photos with a white background (4x6 cm).
- Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a balance of $3000 or its equivalent in local currency.
- Employment letter (HR letter).
- Flight and hotel booking, application form, and travel itinerary, which will be provided by the company.

Note on transfers
- Private transfers in the trip program instead of public transportation, at an additional cost of $1,500, with a minimum of 7 participants required.

- Accommodation for 9 days and 8 nights in an excellent 3-star hotel in both cities (Tokyo – Osaka).
- The program includes all transfers using public transportation (high-speed train, regular train, and bus) via a transportation card. This card will be provided on the first day of arrival by the tour guide, pre-loaded with enough credit to cover all transportation during the program.

The company will assist the customer in providing whatever can be made available by the hotel.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 50% of the total trip cost.

Cancellation Policy:
- In case of visa rejection: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From 29 to 21 days before the travel date: USD 100 + EGP 600 administrative fee + a partial penalty from the trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 20 to 15 days before the travel date: USD 350 + EGP 600 administrative fee + all confirmed bookings will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 14 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip amount will be charged (non-refundable).
