Program Details
Day 1: Arrival to Tokyo
Arrival:
- Arrival in Tokyo, and transfer by private cars from the airport to the hotel to check-in. Afterwards, we will have a tour of the largest and most famous square in the world, SHIBUYA.
Day 2: Exploring Tokyo
Morning & Afternoon:
- Explore Tokyo, the world’s largest capital, starting with a visit to Tokyo Skytree, Japan’s tallest tower, with access to the 350 m and 450 m observation decks for stunning panoramic views
- Visit Senso-ji, one of Tokyo’s oldest and most iconic temples
- Discover Akihabara, the famous anime and gaming district
- Optional visit to the immersive digital art museum teamLab Planets (additional cost)
Day 3: Hakone & Mount Fuji
Morning & Afternoon:
- Visit Hakone, the scenic town surrounding Mount Fuji, and ride the famous ropeway to the volcanic summit
- Take the Rope• Taste the iconic black eggs cooked using natural volcanic steam, then enjoy a beautiful lake cruise with stunning viewsway (cable car) for a stunning view of Mount Fuji.
- Return to Tokyo and explore Shinjuku, including photo stops at the famous Godzilla Head and the impressive 3D Cat display
Day 4: Free Day in Tokyo
Morning & Afternoon:
- Enjoy a free day in Tokyo to explore the city at your own pace
- Optional visit to Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea (available at an additional cost)
- Optional shopping tour through Tokyo’s most famous markets and districts, perfect for souvenirs, fashion, and local experiences
Day 5: Travling to Osaka
Morning & Afternoon:
- Travel from Tokyo to Osaka aboard the famous bullet train in just two and a half hours
- Arrival in Osaka, transfer to the hotel, check in, and room allocation
- Evening tour in Dotonbori, exploring lively streets, famous restaurants, shopping spots, and vibrant nightlife
Day 6: Exploring Osaka
Morning & Afternoon:
- Explore the highlights of Osaka, starting with a visit to the iconic Osaka Castle and its beautiful surrounding park
- Continue to Nara, famous for its friendly deer roaming freely in their natural habitat
- Walk among hundreds of deer and enjoy one of Japan’s most unique cultural experiences
- Return to Osaka and explore its famous Japanese food streets and vibrant dining scene
Day 7: Exploring Kyoto
Morning & Afternoon:
- Visit the historic city of Kyoto and walk through the magical Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, surrounded by towering bamboo trees
- Explore Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its thousands of iconic orange torii gates climbing the mountain
- Discover the traditional Gion area, enjoy local shops and restaurants, and visit the historic Yasaka Pagoda before returning to Osaka at night
Day 8: Free Day
Morning & Afternoon:
- Enjoy a free day in Osaka to explore at your own pace
- Optional visit to Kobe with time at the outlet malls (available at an additional cost)
- Optional visit to Universal Studios Japan
- Or continue shopping and discovering Osaka’s vibrant markets and shopping districts
Day 9: Return Day
Morning :
- Transfer to Osaka Airport by private vehicles and prepare for the return flight

Required Documents for Application:
- A passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel, along with a copy.
- 2 recent passport-sized photos with a white background (4x6 cm).
- Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a balance of $3000 or its equivalent in local currency.

- Flight and hotel booking, application form, and travel itinerary, which will be provided by the company.

Note on transfers
- Private transfers in the trip program instead of public transportation, at an additional cost of $1,500, with a minimum of 7 participants required.

- Accommodation for 9 days and 8 nights in an excellent 3-star hotel in both cities (Tokyo – Osaka).
- The program includes all transfers using public transportation (high-speed train, regular train, and bus) via a transportation card. This card will be provided on the first day of arrival by the tour guide, pre-loaded with enough credit to cover all transportation during the program.

- When a customer requests any additional services such as: adjacent rooms, connecting rooms, a top-floor room, a room with a view, a smoking room, a specific bed type, etc., it is subject to availability at the hotel upon check-in. The company will assist the customer in providing whatever can be made available by the hotel.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 50% of the total trip cost.
- To reserve a spot for a child: full airfare + 50% of the total trip cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of visa rejection: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee will be deducted, and the client will be refunded the remaining paid amount in full.
- From 29 to 21 days before the travel date: USD 100 + EGP 600 administrative fee + a partial penalty from the trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 20 to 15 days before the travel date: USD 350 + EGP 600 administrative fee + all confirmed bookings will be deducted, in addition to the first clause.
- From 14 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip amount will be charged (non-refundable).
