Program Details
Day 1: Arrival Day
Arrival & Afternoon:
- Arrival at Domodedovo Airport, Moscow.
- Proceed to the hotel to check in and rest.
- At 8 PM, take a tour to explore the area surrounding the hotel: restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, shops, and supermarkets.
Day 2: Exploring Red Square
Morning & Afternoon:
- Depart from the hotel by bus at 9 AM and head to Red Square for a tour, explaining the main landmarks in the area:
- Alexander Park and Revolution Square
- Monument of the Unknown Soldier
- Bolshoi Theater
- People's Assembly Building
- Lenin's Mausoleum
- National History Museum
- St. Basil's Cathedral
- Optional visit to the Arms and Jewelry Museum at the Kremlin Palace. Duration of the visit: 2 to 3 hours. Cost: 15 USD.
Day 3 : Exploring Moscow
Morning & Afternoon:
- A 3-hour tour by private bus to explore the main landmarks of Moscow:
- Cathedral of Christ the Savior
- Lenin Hills
- Luzhniki Stadium
- Moscow State University
- Victory Square and Park
- Proceed to VDNKH, the largest open park in Russia – with optional winter activities.
- A tour of the metro stations to visit the most beautiful metro stations in Moscow, which are considered an underground museum.
Day 4: (Optional Activitie)
Morning & Afternoon:
- Travel by metro to Izmailovsky Park, then proceed by bus to Dream Island.
- Optional trip: The famous and spectacular Russian Circus show, with an additional cost of 45 USD (must be booked one month prior to the travel date).
Day 5: Travling to St. Petersburg
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the Moscow hotel.
- Take a tour of the metro stations to visit the most beautiful metro stations in Moscow, which are considered an underground museum.
- Then, head to the train station by private bus to travel to St. Petersburg by Sapsan train.
- Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, proceed to the hotel to check in and receive the rooms.
- Take a tour to explore the area surrounding the hotel (restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, shops, and supermarkets).
Day 6: Exploring St. Petersburg
Morning & Afternoon:
- A tour by private bus to explore the main landmarks of St. Petersburg:
- St. Paul’s Cathedral
- Savior on the Spilled Blood
- Peter & Paul Fortress

- The Egyptian Sphinx

Day 7: Exploring Yekaterina Palace
Morning & Afternoon:
- A trip to the city of Pushkin to visit the Catherine Palace (Yekaterina Palace), explore the palace museum and its surrounding gardens, and visit the souvenir and gift bazaars.
Day 8: Hermitage Museum
Morning & Afternoon:
- Travel by metro to the Hermitage Museum, the second largest museum in the world, followed by a visit to the Galleria Mall for shopping.
Day 9: Return Day
Morning :
- Check out from the hotel and head to the train station in St. Petersburg to return to Moscow by Sapsan train.
- Upon arrival in Moscow, transfer from the train station to Domodedovo Airport, Moscow, for your flight back.

- You can join our trip from anywhere in the world, as long as you consider the group's arrival and departure times. In case of arrival or departure on different times than the group, we can arrange a private car for transfer to/from airport at any time with extra cost.

Required Documents for Application:
- Bank statement for the last 3 months with a balance of 100,000 Egyptian pounds.
- A passport valid for 6 months.
- 2 recent passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background.
- If the client is employed by a company: Please provide a stamped HR letter.
- If the client is a business owner: A recent commercial register and the original tax card (for review) + a copy.
- If the client is a student: A university enrollment certificate.
- An invitation from a Russian company for each individual (provided by the company).
- A confirmed hotel booking (provided by the company).
- A confirmed flight booking (provided by the company).
- All documents must be translated into English.
- Visa processing time is 30 to 40 days at the consulate.
- We must receive the passports at least 40 days before the start date of the trip.
- Obtaining a security clearance from the age of 16-45
- Visa fee is 8000 Egyptian pounds.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 25% of the total trip cost + visa cost.

Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued).
- From 29 to 20 days before the travel date: EGP 8,900 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clause.
- From 19 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 10,200 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the previous clauses.
- From 14 to 4 days before the travel date: EGP 27,700 + airline penalty (if the ticket has been issued), in addition to the first clause.
- From 3 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable).
