Day 1: Arrival to Phuket

- Then transfer to the hotel for check-in and room allocation, followed by rest after the journey.
Day 2: James Bond Island
Morning & Afternoon:

- Take a trip to James Bond Island, famous for its towering rocks and caves.
- Go kayaking between the small islands.
Day 3: Adrenaline Activities

- A full day of adventure: meet monkeys and elephants, enjoy mountains, waterfalls, and rivers.

Day 4: Exploring Phuket

Day 8: Exploring Kuala Lumpur

- Kuala Lumpur City Tour Visit Batu Caves, famous for the giant golden statue and the colorful staircase. We will take a group photo in front of the statue, then climb up to the temple inside the cave, where you can also take pictures with the monkeys.
- Stop at the Sultan’s Palace for 30 minutes.
- Visit the Chocolate Gallery, where you can enjoy free tasting samples.
- Stop at Independence Square and take photos with the famous “I Love KL” sign.
- Visit the world-renowned Petronas Twin Towers, the most iconic landmark in Malaysia.
- Optional shopping inside KLCC Mall, located beneath the towers, one of the most famous malls in Kuala Lumpur.
- Visit the National Mosque (Masjid Negara).
Day 9: Genting Highlands
Morning :
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- This day is one of the most exciting and beautiful experiences you can have in Malaysia.
- We begin with a trip to Genting Highlands, famous for its breathtaking natural scenery.
- Take a ride on one of the longest cable cars in Asia, gliding through the clouds and reaching the top of the mountain.
- At the summit, you’ll find a shopping complex that includes one of the most important and affordable malls in Malaysia.
- Visit the beautiful Chinese Temple as part of the tour.

- A bank statement for the last 6 months, showing at least 35,000 EGP per person, in English.
- An HR letter from the employer in English, including the job title, monthly salary, and hire date.
- The social insurance number (if available).
- Approval for travel, specifying the start and end dates of the trip.
- A salary statement.
- A printout of the social insurance document showing the company name, translated into English.
- If the employer is self-employed, a translated tax registration certificate and card must be provided.
- For children, a birth certificate and a school or college enrollment certificate must be provided, both translated into English.
- The visa processing time is 10 business days from the date the documents are uploaded to the website.
- The website may request additional documents not listed on their site or may reject documents if they are unclear, in which case we will need to resubmit them.
- Visa applications must be submitted no less than one month and no more than three months before the travel date.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: the full amount in EGP + visa cost.

Cancellation Policy:
- In case of visa rejection: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost will be deducted.
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: administrative fees will be deducted from the total amount + visa cost (if issued).
- From 29 to 20 days before the travel date: EGP 13,400 + international and domestic flight costs will be deducted, in addition to the previous clause.
- From 19 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 19,900 + international and domestic flight costs + one night hotel accommodation will be deducted, in addition to the second clause.
- From 14 to 3 days before the travel date: EGP 40,900 + international and domestic flight costs + two nights hotel accommodation will be deducted, in addition to the second clause.
- From 48 hours before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable).
