Program Details
Day 1:Arrival in Trabzon & Transfer to Ayder
Arrival:
- Meet and greet at the airport, followed by a direct transfer to the cottages in the Ayder region.
- Stop in Rize to exchange currency and purchase any necessary supplies.
- Arrive at the riverside cottages and check in.
- Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the cottages and enjoying the peaceful river and beautiful natural surroundings.
- Overnight at the cottages.
Day 2 – Ayder Plateau, Waterfall & Transfer to Trabzon
Morning:
- Breakfast at the cottage, followed by check-out
- Visit Ayder Plateau and enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere and lush green landscapes.
- On the way to Trabzon, stop at Şekersu Waterfall and enjoy the waterfall and surrounding natural scenery.
- Arrive in Trabzon and check in at the hotel.
Day 3: Zigana Mountains and Hamsiköy Village
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Begin the tour with a visit to the beautiful Zigana Mountains, ascend to the highest point, and enjoy taking photos from the terrace. Then visit Hamsiköy Village and taste its famous rice pudding.
- Return to the hotel.
Day 4:Visit to the Famous Uzungöl Lake
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- The tour begins at 9:00 AM
- Visit a tea exhibition and discover some of the famous products of the Black Sea region, followed by a visit to Ataköy Waterfall.
- Continue to the famous Uzungöl Lake and enjoy its breathtaking natural scenery, lush green landscapes, and crystal-clear waters.
- Visit the glass observation terrace for stunning panoramic views overlooking Uzungöl Lake.
- Return to the hotel for relaxation and enjoy a free evening.
Day 5:Transfer to Istanbul
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the cabin, followed by check-out and transfer to Istanbul for hotel check-in.
- Free time to explore the area around the hotel.
- Enjoy some free time for shopping.
Day 6:Historical Istanbul Tour & Olivium Outlet Mall
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a historical sightseeing tour of Istanbul.
- Visit the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) and Hagia Sophia.
- Enjoy free time in the historic area for sightseeing, exploring, and taking photos.
- Continue to Olivium Outlet Mall for shopping.
- Return to the hotel.
Day 7: Visit to Sapanca Lake
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Sapanca.
- Visit Sapanca Lake and enjoy free time for photography.
- Visit the glass terrace.
- On the way back, stop at Viaport Mall for shopping until 8:00 PM, then return to the hotel.
Day 8:Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy, Bosphorus & Balat
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Head to Dolmabahçe Palace for photos, with the option to enter the palace at an additional cost.
- Visit Ortaköy and enjoy beautiful views of the Bosphorus. An optional morning Bosphorus cruise is available at an additional cost.
- Visit a traditional sweets factory to shop for natural Turkish sweets.
- Explore the historic Balat district and enjoy its charming atmosphere, colorful streets, and famous colorful stairs.
Day 9:Departure & Return to Cairo

Visa Requirements:
- Step 1: Go to VOYA Visa Office
- Locations:
- Cairo Address: 21 Mohamed El-Ghazaly Street – off Mostafa El-Nahhas Street – Nasr City (next to Hardee’s – El-Deqi).
- Alexandria Address: 88 Fouad Street – Bab Sharq – Alexandria.
- Step 2: Required Documents for Visa Application
- Recent bank statement (movement for the last 6 months) with a closing balance of at least 50,000 EGP.
- Two recent personal photos (white background – size 4x6).
- Employment letter from the applicant’s workplace, written in English, stamped, and showing job title and salary.
- Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and ID card copy.
- For business owners, a copy of the commercial register and tax card is required instead of an employment letter.
- Travel insurance covering the entire stay period and return date.
- All documents are submitted to the VOYA Visa Office.
- The visa processing time is approximately 10 working days after submission.
Visa Costs & Notes:
- Visa fee: 208 USD (including application and service fees).
- Payment is made directly at the VOYA office in cash upon submitting the documents.
- Visa validity: The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and allows a stay of up to 45 days.
- Travel insurance fee: 37 USD per person (paid at the office).
- Age requirement:
- Accepted for travelers between 12 and 40 years old.
- Applicants under 12 or over 40 must pay a non-refundable 250 EGP file opening fee.
- The visa is non-refundable in case of rejection, except for minors under 12 years or seniors over 40 years.
