Day 1:Arrival in Trabzon
Arrival:
- Travel from Cairo Airport to Istanbul, then take a domestic flight to Trabzon. Start your journey with smooth connections towards the scenic Black Sea region.
- "Upon arrival, we head straight to the hotel to check in and relax after the journey, getting ready to start an exciting trip full of exploration and enjoyment in Trabzon."
Day 2 – Visiting the famous Uzungöl Lake
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Our tour begins at exactly 9:00 AM. Be ready in the hotel lobby to start a full day of exploration and scenic adventures.
- Visiting the famous Uzungöl Lake We’ll spend a wonderful time surrounded by breathtaking nature and crystal-clear waters at the iconic Uzungöl Lake. Then we’ll head to the glass observation deck, where you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. Finally, we’ll visit a horse farm in Çaykara for a charming countryside experience.
- Return to the hotel for rest and free time in the evening.
Day 3: Zigana Mountains & Hamsiköy Village
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Depart to visit Zigana Mountain and explore the charming Hamsiköy Village, famous for its natural beauty and traditional desserts.
- Return to the hotel.
Day 4:Stay in Ayder Chalets
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, then check out from the Trabzon hotel.
- Depart to Ayder, and check in at a hotel overlooking the Ayder River.
- Free time to relax and enjoy the views.
Day 5: Journey Back to the City
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast in Ayder, then check out and transfer to Istanbul.
- Arrival and check-in at the hotel.
- Free time to explore the area around the hotel — optional visit to Şişli or Taksim for shopping and evening walks.
Day 6: Historical Tour in Istanbul
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by our historical city tour in Istanbul.
- Visit Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) and Hagia Sophia Mosque.
- Continue to Topkapi Palace, one of the most iconic Ottoman landmarks (optional entrance ticket).
- In the evening, enjoy a dinner cruise on the Bosphorus (optional).
Day 7: Visit to Ortaköy and Galata Tower
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, then head to Sapanca, with a stop at a traditional Turkish delight factory on the way
- Visit Kartepe Mountain and enjoy free time at Sapanca Lake for photos and relaxing views
- Stop at ViaPort Mall for shopping and free time until 8 PM, then return to the hotel
Day 8: Visit to Ortaköy and Çamlıca Hill (Bride's Hill)
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel, then visit Ortakoy, located along the waterfront, with photo stops at the iconic Bosphorus Bridge
- Optional Bosphorus cruise to enjoy stunning views of Istanbul from the water
- Head to Camlica Hill, the highest point in Istanbul, visit the impressive Camlica Mosque, followed by free time for shopping
Day 9: Return Home
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Then transfer to the airport for the return flight to Cairo.

- You can join our trip from anywhere in the world, as long as you consider the group's arrival and departure times. In case of arrival or departure on different times than the group, we can arrange a private car for transfer to/from airport at any time with extra cost.

Visa Requirements:
- Step 1: Go to VOYA Visa Office
- Locations:
- Cairo Address: 21 Mohamed El-Ghazaly Street – off Mostafa El-Nahhas Street – Nasr City (next to Hardee’s – El-Deqi).
- Alexandria Address: 88 Fouad Street – Bab Sharq – Alexandria.
- Step 2: Required Documents for Visa Application
- Recent bank statement (movement for the last 6 months) with a closing balance of at least 50,000 EGP.
- Two recent personal photos (white background – size 4x6).
- Employment letter from the applicant’s workplace, written in English, stamped, and showing job title and salary.
- Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and ID card copy.
- For business owners, a copy of the commercial register and tax card is required instead of an employment letter.
- Travel insurance covering the entire stay period and return date.
- All documents are submitted to the VOYA Visa Office.
- The visa processing time is approximately 10 working days after submission.
Visa Costs & Notes:
- Visa fee: 208 USD (including application and service fees).
- Payment is made directly at the VOYA office in cash upon submitting the documents.
- Visa validity: The e-visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and allows a stay of up to 45 days.
- Travel insurance fee: 37 USD per person (paid at the office).
- Age requirement:
- Accepted for travelers between 12 and 40 years old.
- Applicants under 12 or over 40 must pay a non-refundable 250 EGP file opening fee.
- The visa is non-refundable in case of rejection, except for minors under 12 years or seniors over 40 years.
