- Cash: At the company office during official working hours (Sunday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM). Please schedule your visit in advance.

Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a spot for an adult: full airfare + 25% of the total trip cost.
- To reserve a spot for a child: full airfare + 25% of the total trip cost.
- To reserve a spot for an infant: EGP 5,000.
Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking until 30 September: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa appointment fee.
- For cancellations from 01 October to 31 October: 25% of the total trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause + visa appointment fee.
- For cancellations from 01 November to 30 November: 50% of the total trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause + visa appointment fee.
- For cancellations from 01 December to 15 December: 75% of the total trip cost will be deducted, in addition to the first clause + visa appointment fee.
- For cancellations from 16 December up to the travel date: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable), in addition to the first clause.
