Program Details
Departure Day
Departure :
- Arrival at Hanoi International Airport.
- Complete passport control, collect your luggage, exchange currency, and purchase a local SIM card.
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel, check-in, and rest after the journey.
- Evening: Light walking tour in the Old Quarter, free time for dinner, then rest for the next day.
Day 2: Day 2 Ninh Binh Tour
- We’ll start the day early with breakfast at 7:00 AM, then depart from the hotel and head south to Ninh Binh. Our first stop will be Mua Caves, where we’ll climb the steps to the top of the mountain and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Vietnam’s green rice fields, rivers, and surrounding landscapes. Afterward, we’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
- After lunch, we’ll continue to Trang An, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We’ll enjoy a scenic boat ride through spectacular limestone mountains, rivers, and natural caves.
- After the tour, we’ll return to Hanoi.
- The drive takes approximately 2 hours, and the boat trip lasts around 2.5 hours
- Mua Caves – Trang An – Ninh Binh.
- Return to Hanoi.
Day 3: Travel to Sapa & Visit Cat Cat Village
Morning & Afternoon:
- We’ll start the day early and check out of our hotel in Hanoi.
- We’ll leave our large luggage at the hotel in Hanoi. Each person should take a small bag with enough essentials for 3 days in Sapa, as the vehicles there have limited luggage space.
- Transfer from the hotel to the bus departure point.
- The bus departs at approximately 6:45 AM, and the journey takes around 6 to 7 hours.
- Expected arrival in Sapa at around 1:00 PM.
- After arrival, we’ll begin our tour with a visit to Cat Cat Village, one of the oldest villages of the Hmong ethnic community.
- Enjoy a walk through beautiful natural scenery, waterfalls, and terraced rice fields while discovering the traditional lifestyle of the local community.
- Return to the hotel in Sapa for some rest or enjoy free time to explore the area, depending on the available time.
Day 4: Fansipan Mountain & Moana Sapa
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast, we’ll head to Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Indochina.
- Take the cable car to the summit while enjoying breathtaking mountain scenery. At the top, we’ll visit the temples and statues and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views.
- After descending, we’ll visit Moana Sapa, a popular photography spot offering beautiful views of Sapa’s mountains and surrounding landscapes.
- After the tour, we’ll depart Sapa and return to Hanoi.
Day 5: Halong Bay Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart south to Ninh Binh.
- Breakfast and check-out from the hotel.
- Transfer to Halong Bay Port. The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours.
- Arrival at around 12:00 PM, followed by boarding the cruise and checking into your cabins.
- Lunch onboard the cruise.
- Enjoy an afternoon cruise through the spectacular islands and caves of Halong Bay, with various activities depending on the cruise program.
Day 6: Halong Bay & Return to Hanoi
Morning & Afternoon:
- Start the morning with a Tai Chi session on the cruise deck, followed by breakfast.
- Visit a local cave by traditional bamboo boat.
- Return to the cruise, pack your luggage, and enjoy lunch onboard before heading back to the port.
- Transfer by bus back to Hanoi
- The rest of the day is free to explore Hanoi at your leisure.
Day 7: Travel to Da Nang
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the hotel in Hanoi in the morning and depart for Da Nang by sleeper bus
- The journey takes approximately 15 hours.
- Arrive in Da Nang in the evening, check in at the hotel, receive your rooms, and enjoy some time to rest.
Day 8: Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam’s most famous tourist attractions.
- Enjoy a scenic cable car ride through the mountains and beautiful landscapes, and visit the famous Golden Bridge. Explore the French Village and enjoy the various attractions and entertainment activities in the area.
- After the tour, return to the hotel and relax.
Day9:Marble Mountains, Linh Ung Pagoda & Hoi An
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out and enjoy breakfast at the hotel before starting a full-day tour to explore some of the region’s top attractions.
- Visit the Marble Mountains and explore the beautiful natural scenery, caves, and temples nestled among the mountains.
- Visit Linh Ung Pagoda, one of the area’s most famous Buddhist temples, offering spectacular views of the sea.
- Head to Coconut Village in Hoi An and enjoy a ride on traditional round basket boats through the coconut palm forest.
- Continue to Hoi An and enjoy its charming atmosphere and unique surroundings.
- In the evening, depart for Hanoi by sleeper bus.
Day 10 Departure from Hanoi & Return Home
Morning & Afternoon:
- Arrival in Hanoi and free time to explore or relax.
- Transfer to the airport for the return flight home.

Reservation Policy:
- To confirm the trip reservation, 50% of the total trip cost must be paid in addition to the airfare (calculated based on the ticket pricing in the system at the time of booking) and the visa cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 29 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 4,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 14 to 9 days before the travel date: EGP 7,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 8 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable) + visa cost.
