Program Details
Departure Day
Departure :
- Arrival at Hanoi International Airport.
- Complete passport control, collect your luggage, exchange currency, and purchase a local SIM card.
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel, check-in, and rest after the journey.
- Evening: Light walking tour in the Old Quarter, free time for dinner, then rest for the next day.
Day 2: Day 2 Ninh Binh Tour
- We’ll start the day early with breakfast at 7:00 AM, then depart from the hotel and head south to Ninh Binh. Our first stop will be Mua Caves, where we’ll climb the steps to the top of the mountain and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Vietnam’s green rice fields, rivers, and surrounding landscapes. Afterward, we’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
- After lunch, we’ll continue to Trang An, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We’ll enjoy a scenic boat ride through spectacular limestone mountains, rivers, and natural caves.
- After the tour, we’ll return to Hanoi.
- The drive takes approximately 2 hours, and the boat trip lasts around 2.5 hours
- Mua Caves – Trang An – Ninh Binh.
- Return to Hanoi.
Day 3: Ha Long Bay Cruise
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.
- Transfer to Ha Long Bay Port. The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours.
- Arrive at 12:00 PM and board the cruise.
- Enjoy lunch onboard the cruise.
- In the afternoon, cruise among the beautiful islands and caves of Ha Long Bay, with various activities according to the cruise program.
- In the evening, return to Hanoi.
Day 4: Travel to Sapa & Visit Cat Cat Village
Morning & Afternoon:
- Wake up early and check out from the hotel in Hanoi.
- Transfer from the hotel to the bus departure point.
- Depart in the morning for Sapa. The journey takes approximately 6 to 7 hours.
- Arrive in Sapa.
- Visit Moana Sapa, a popular photo spot offering beautiful panoramic views of the Sapa mountains.
- Explore Cat Cat Village, one of the oldest villages of the Hmong ethnic community.
- Walk through beautiful natural landscapes, waterfalls, and terraced rice fields while discovering the traditional lifestyle of the local people.
- Return to the hotel in Sapa to relax or enjoy free time to explore the town.
Day 5: Halong Bay Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart south to Ninh Binh.
- After breakfast, head to Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Indochina.
- Take the cable car and enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery on the way to the summit. Visit the temples and statues and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views.
- Experience the famous Glass Bridge and enjoy walking high above the mountains with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Additional activities are available at an extra cost.
- Return to the hotel and overnight in Sapa.
Day 6:Travel to Da Nang
Morning & Afternoon:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Hanoi Airport for the domestic flight.
- Fly from Hanoi to Da Nang.
- Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, meet the representative and transfer directly to the hotel.
- Check in, receive your rooms, and enjoy free time to relax.
- Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 7: Beach Time & Hoi An City Tour
Morning & Afternoon:
- Enjoy free time at the beach, relaxing by the sea and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
- In the afternoon, head to Hoi An for a city tour and explore its charming historic streets and unique atmosphere.
- Return to the hotel in the evening.
- Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 8: Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge
Morning & Afternoon:
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave the luggage at the hotel before departing for Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam’s most famous tourist attractions.
- Enjoy a scenic cable car ride through the mountains and beautiful natural landscapes.
- Visit the famous Golden Bridge, known for its iconic giant stone hands, and explore the charming French Village.
- After the tour, return to the hotel to collect the luggage.
- Depart for Hanoi by sleeper bus.
Day9:Free Day in Hanoi & Shopping
Morning & Afternoon:
- Arrive in Hanoi.
- Enjoy free time to relax or explore the city at your own pace.
- Visit local markets and shopping malls for shopping and souvenirs.
- Optional tours and activities can be recommended upon request.
Day 10 Departure from Hanoi & Return Home
Morning & Afternoon:
- Check out from the hotel.
- Transfer to the airport for the return flight to Cairo.

Reservation Policy:
- To confirm the trip reservation, 50% of the total trip cost must be paid in addition to the airfare (calculated based on the ticket pricing in the system at the time of booking) and the visa cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the travel date: EGP 600 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 29 to 15 days before the travel date: EGP 4,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 14 to 9 days before the travel date: EGP 7,500 administrative fee + visa cost + airline penalty (as determined by the airline’s system according to the ticket conditions, which the client agrees to at the time of booking).
- From 8 days before the travel date up to the day of travel: the full trip cost will be charged (non-refundable) + visa cost.
