1- Two recent personal photos
– Size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm
– White background
– Teeth must not be visible
– Taken within the last 6 months

2- Visa fee:
– 640 EGP, paid upon submission
– Processing time: approximately 1 week

3- Proof of employment (choose one of the following):
– Commercial registration and tax card, both translated into English
– OR an HR letter in English including your job title, salary, and employment details

4- Bank statement
– Must cover the last 3 months
– Minimum balance of 150,000 EGP per person

5- Original passport
– Must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date
